Microsoft Error Reporting log version: 2.0Īpplication Bundle ID: īlame Module Name: MicrosoftComponentPlugin I've been troubleshooting this for a week and need help. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice, downloaded updates version 14.0.1 and cannot update to 14.0.2.
It worked fine when I first installed it to my machine, but now every time I open an office app, I get this error (MS Power point has encountered a problem and needs to close) and cannot open a file. I have a brand new Macbook pro and Office 2011 installed.
